MovMore is a leading aesthetic clinic in Dublin, that offers a comprehensive range of services, including skin and body treatments, injectables, massage therapy, pilates and laser hair removal. With a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals, MovMore is committed to providing the highest standard of care, modern amenities and the most effective treatment options available.

Challenge

The clinic was struggling to increase sales and generate leads through channels other than social media, so PPC advertising campaigns were integrated into the overall digital marketing strategy. With a limited budget, they were unable to effectively target their audience and were spending money on campaign types that did not align with the company’s goals. Additionally, the campaigns were not segmented by different services, audiences, or marketing funnels.

Since they were not seeing results from their ad investments, I was brought in to develop a paid advertising campaign aimed at increasing leads and appointments.

The competitive landscape in their industry in Dublin is intense, which presents a challenge in driving site traffic that effectively converts into bookings for their services.

Solution

To effectively reach and engage with their audience, I implemented an integrated digital strategy aimed at maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion.

I started with extensive competitor analysis and keyword research. I then designed a series of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns focused on audience segments, primarily using Google Search, and targeting the company’s key services.

I also set up conversion tracking for the campaigns. Despite limitations with the booking platform, I successfully navigated this challenge and was able to track the campaign results.

Through a series of strategic analysis, bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and with constant optimisation, I leveraged these audience segments to ensure the ads reached the desired customers at the right time and across various Google inventory (Search and P Max). As a result, I successfully reduced the cost per user acquisition while significantly increasing sales and leads.
